Role Overview
The Content Marketer will work closely with multiple portfolio companies to plan and execute content strategies that strengthen brand presence, improve audience engagement, and deliver measurable results across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with each company’s business goals
- Create engaging content for social media, blogs, websites, newsletters, and other digital channels
- Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms using content management and scheduling tools
- Monitor audience engagement and maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms
- Track, analyze, and report on content performance to optimize reach, engagement, and conversions
- Collaborate with internal teams, designers, and external partners to ensure high-quality content delivery
- Stay up to date with content marketing trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in content marketing, social media management, or digital marketing
- Strong writing, storytelling, and basic video editing skills
- Experience using scheduling tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, HubSpot, Later, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with SEO principles, email marketing, and content analytics tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience working with startups or managing content for multiple companies
- Basic graphic design or advanced video editing skills
- Industry knowledge related to the portfolio companies
