Project Manager (Remote)

Job Description

The Project Manager – Implementation is responsible for leading end-to-end client implementations, ensuring successful onboarding, delivery, and long-term adoption of the platform. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and direct engagement with global investment professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle client implementations, acting as both Project Manager and subject matter expert
  • Manage portfolio monitoring and valuation implementation projects for global private capital clients
  • Coordinate with product, engineering, and leadership teams to deliver successful outcomes
  • Drive client onboarding, engagement, and ongoing relationship management
  • Prepare and deliver clear, high-quality client-facing documentation, insights, and progress updates

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in financial services, fintech, private equity, investment banking, or consulting
  • Proven project management experience with strong client delivery focus
  • Knowledge of private equity or private credit valuation is highly beneficial
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
  • Exposure to SQL, APIs, or Power BI is an advantage
