Job Description
KIBO is seeking a Marketing Manager, EMEA to lead demand generation initiatives that drive qualified pipeline growth across the region. This role focuses on creating predictable revenue impact through digital demand programs, account-based marketing, and EMEA-focused field marketing activities while working closely with sales and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize EMEA-based demand generation campaigns across email, paid media, paid search, social media, third-party channels, and content syndication with measurable outcomes
- Design and scale account-based marketing campaigns that increase intent, engagement, and pipeline from key target accounts
- Manage vendor-led programs including media partnerships, webinars, and industry events, ensuring timely delivery and ROI tracking
- Leverage marketing automation tools to improve lead quality through email campaigns, audience segmentation, workflows, and optimized lead flows using HubSpot
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to maintain a feedback loop that improves lead follow-up, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
- Develop and execute EMEA-focused events and field marketing campaigns aligned with overall marketing and sales objectives
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience driving revenue-focused demand generation within B2B SaaS organizations
- Background in eCommerce, order management, supply chain, or retail technology is an advantage
- Proven ability to develop, execute, and measure high-impact demand generation and ABM campaigns
- Strong copywriting and communication skills for multi-channel marketing programs
- Demonstrated analytical skills with experience in campaign measurement, forecasting, ROI analysis, and optimization
- Experience working across multiple product lines and diverse buyer personas
- Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail
- Hands-on experience with marketing and sales technology such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Demandbase, Regie.AI, Outreach, Google PPC, and LinkedIn Ads
