A reputable security services organization in Lagos is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support daily office and operational activities. The ideal candidate will provide administrative, clerical, and organizational assistance while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in a security-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to management and operations teams
- Manage office correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for clients, staff, and operations
- Assist with scheduling meetings, staff duty rosters, and appointments
- Prepare reports, memos, and internal communications
- Support HR and operations with staff documentation, attendance, and onboarding paperwork
- Coordinate office supplies and maintain an organized office environment
- Assist in preparing invoices, quotations, and basic financial records
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive client and security information
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and field staff as needed
Requirements & Qualifications:
- OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or office support staff is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, email)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
