Job Description

An opportunity is available for a skilled Brand Strategist to drive insight-led brand and experiential strategies that translate into impactful campaigns, activations, and consumer engagement initiatives. This role combines consumer insight, creative thinking, and business objectives to deliver brand experiences that build awareness, drive engagement, and achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop brand and experiential strategies aligned with client objectives, target audiences, and market realities
  • Translate brand positioning into experiential concepts, activation platforms, and consumer engagement journeys
  • Lead campaign strategy from brief to execution, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
  • Define campaign objectives, KPIs, and success metrics for experiential activations
  • Conduct consumer research, market analysis, and cultural trend mapping to inform strategy
  • Create audience personas, consumer journeys, and engagement frameworks
  • Collaborate with creative, planning, and operations teams to turn strategy into compelling brand experiences
  • Prepare and present strategic thinking, creative briefs, and insight-driven recommendations to clients
  • Analyze post-campaign performance and generate actionable insights for optimization

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
  • 4–7 years of experience in brand strategy, planning, or experiential marketing
  • Proven experience within an experiential, advertising, or integrated agency environment
  • Strong understanding of brand building through live experiences and consumer engagement
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic frameworks and present to senior stakeholders
  • Strong storytelling, presentation, and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to translate insights into creative ideas

Added Advantage

  • Experience working with FMCG, Telecoms, or Lifestyle brands
  • Knowledge of digital, social, and integrated campaign strategy
  • Experience using data, research tools, and insights platforms
