Job Description
Magnacap Limited is seeking a Growth Marketer to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth across its fintech and investment products. This role is suited to a data-driven professional with a strong understanding of digital growth channels and the ability to build scalable marketing systems that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies aligned with revenue and user acquisition targets
- Identify, test, and scale new acquisition and retention channels across digital platforms
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize funnels to improve conversion rates and ROI
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Technology teams to implement growth initiatives
- Define growth KPIs, track performance, and prepare actionable insights and reports
- Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform strategy
- Build partnerships and engage relevant communities to support brand and product growth
Requirements
- HND or BSc degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing
- Prior experience in fintech, tech, or investment-related products is an advantage
- Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, analytics, and paid social media campaigns
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management abilities
