Job Description

Brooks and Blake Limited is seeking an experienced Finance Manager (FP&A) to support strategic decision-making through robust financial planning, analysis, and reporting. This role is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, cashflow management, and providing actionable financial insights to leadership within a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual and departmental budget preparation across Client Service, Media, Creative, HR, Finance, and Administration
• Monitor budget versus actual performance and present clear variance analysis
• Develop and update rolling forecasts based on client spend and campaign changes
• Build and maintain financial models for campaign and client profitability analysis
• Analyze revenue streams, costs, and key performance indicators to identify trends and growth opportunities
• Review pricing assumptions and recommend rate adjustments for underperforming accounts
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports with actionable insights
• Track receivables and payables while supporting timely collections and vendor payments
• Forecast cashflow to ensure smooth and sustainable business operations
• Provide financial guidance on resource allocation, restructuring, and investment decisions
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, statutory requirements, and audit processes
• Collaborate with Client Service, Media, and Executive teams on pricing and strategic alignment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• ACCA or ICAN qualification is required
• MBA is an added advantage
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in FP&A or a similar finance role
• Experience within an advertising or media agency is an added advantage
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project-based revenue models
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong ability to interpret financial trends and present insights clearly
