Job Description
A reputable manufacturing company in Kano is seeking a skilled Complaint Officer to support and strengthen its regulatory compliance and documentation processes. This role is suited for professionals with proven experience in compliance, audit, and statutory reporting who can ensure full adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely compliance with statutory filings and regulatory requirements, including PENCOM, NSITF, ITF, NMDPRA, CAC, and other relevant bodies
- Conduct internal compliance audits and support the implementation of compliance-related policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate compliance documentation and prepare periodic reports as required
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure regulatory and organizational standards are met
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations and update internal processes accordingly
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Law, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in compliance, audit, or documentation management
- Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple compliance tasks across different departments
