Job Description
A fast-growing global company is seeking a Social Media Content Creator to produce visually compelling graphics and short-form videos that capture attention and drive engagement across multiple platforms. This fully remote role is ideal for a creative professional who understands social trends, audience behavior, and performance-driven content.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging social media content including graphics, short-form videos, Reels, TikToks, carousels, and stories for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to execute campaigns and translate brand messaging into scroll-stopping content
- Edit videos for organic and paid social campaigns, incorporating captions, transitions, overlays, and music aligned with brand guidelines
- Write clear, compelling captions, hooks, and calls-to-action designed to increase reach and conversions
- Track content performance, analyze metrics, and optimize future content using data-driven insights
- Monitor social media trends and adapt content styles to stay relevant and competitive
- Organize and manage a digital library of creative assets for review and reuse
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience creating social media content, including graphic design and/or video editing
- Portfolio or sample links demonstrating both graphic and video content; examples of Reels, TikToks, or carousels with strong engagement are an advantage
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar software
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, audience psychology, and best practices for social advertising
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and ability to collaborate in a remote team environment
Technical Requirements
- Reliable DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps upload and download
- Personal laptop or desktop computer with at least an Intel i5 processor or equivalent
