Job Description

GIG Mobility is seeking an experienced Head of Marketing and Corporate Communication to lead brand storytelling, integrated marketing campaigns, and corporate communications. This role is responsible for driving brand strength, customer engagement, and measurable business outcomes through strategic content, PR, digital platforms, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality marketing and communications content from concept to delivery that promotes GIG Mobility’s brand, mission, and vision.
  • Develop and execute engaging, multi-channel campaigns that drive consumer demand, customer satisfaction, and brand equity.
  • Lead end-to-end marketing program execution, including project scoping, deliverables, timelines, execution, and performance monitoring.
  • Manage the company website and all social media platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
  • Translate business objectives into creative, executable corporate communications strategies and programs.
  • Oversee PR activities, including media relations, press releases, and timely responses to inquiries with management approval.
  • Collaborate with Sales to develop marketing strategies that promote products, services, and overall brand positioning.
  • Plan and manage internal and external events such as knowledge-sharing sessions, employee engagement activities, and CSR initiatives.
  • Work with the Admin team to develop branded collaterals and corporate gift items, including vendor sourcing and negotiation.
  • Maintain rigorous brand standards across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency in messaging, quality, and visual identity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in marketing, brand management, or corporate communications, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong experience in campaign strategy, content development, PR, and digital marketing.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and teams simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
