Job Description

TalentPop App is hiring an experienced Amazon E-Commerce Operations Assistant to manage and optimize day-to-day marketplace activities on Amazon. This remote role is ideal for detail-oriented e-commerce professionals who understand Amazon Seller Central, performance metrics, and inventory workflows, and can independently drive growth and efficiency across product listings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Amazon product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and A+ content, to improve visibility and conversions
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators such as Best Seller Rank (BSR), impressions, conversion rates, and sales, and prepare regular performance reports
  • Oversee FBA and FBM inventory levels, reconciling stock to prevent shortages or excess inventory
  • Submit and manage cases with Amazon Seller Support for issue resolution, policy clarification, and account health monitoring
  • Conduct competitor analysis and keyword research to identify growth opportunities and improve listing performance
  • Monitor customer feedback, product reviews, and Amazon brand health metrics to maintain strong seller performance

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience working with Amazon Seller Central
  • Strong understanding of Amazon policies, algorithms, and listing optimization best practices
  • Experience using Amazon research and analytics tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar platforms is an advantage
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and inventory management skills
  • Excellent written communication skills for listing copy and seller support interactions
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven remote environment

Technical Requirements

  • Stable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps upload and download speed
  • Personal computer or laptop with a minimum i5 processor
