Job Description

A results-driven Human Resource Executive is needed to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions. This role requires hands-on sourcing, strong coordination with hiring managers, and ownership of hiring closures, with limited involvement in HR operations and onboarding. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level positions across functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and hiring timelines.
  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and direct sourcing.
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate technical and managerial interviews and follow up for timely feedback.
  • Drive offer rollouts, support negotiations, and close open positions.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring metrics including turnaround time and source effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates.
  • Support job postings and employer branding initiatives on job portals and social platforms.
  • Participate in job fairs, campus drives, and bulk hiring initiatives when required.
  • Manage joining formalities, documentation, and induction coordination.
  • Coordinate background verification and pre-employment checks.
  • Support HR operations teams with employee data updates and reports.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA or PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple roles and functions is preferred.
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills with practical knowledge of job portals and social recruiting.
  • Experience using ATS or HRMS platforms.
  • Good understanding of interview processes and offer management.
  • Strong communication, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Organized, data-oriented, and proactive approach to recruitment.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions in a target-driven environment.
