Job Description
Wazobia Technologies is seeking a results-driven Growth & Digital Marketing Executive to lead demand generation and digital growth initiatives for B2B technology and SaaS offerings. This role focuses on building scalable marketing systems, translating complex tech services into clear value propositions, and supporting revenue growth through high-quality lead acquisition and nurturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a lead generation system that consistently delivers qualified inbound B2B leads
- Create high-impact content across LinkedIn, website, email, landing pages, and case studies that communicates technical services in clear business terms
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, and Meta with a focus on B2B lead quality and ROI
- Develop and manage email marketing sequences and lead nurturing workflows to move prospects toward sales conversations
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics including leads, cost per lead, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives and revenue goals
Requirements
- Proven B2B digital marketing experience, preferably within technology or SaaS environments
- Strong hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms and performance marketing
- Demonstrated track record of campaigns that generated measurable business outcomes
- Solid understanding of marketing funnels, lead qualification, and B2B buyer behavior
- Ability to simplify complex technology services into compelling, customer-focused offers
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
