Job Description

Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company is seeking a Corporate Auditor to support the strengthening of internal controls, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and drive continuous process improvement across plants and functional areas in Nigeria. This role is suited for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to deliver objective insights that support risk mitigation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute internal audits in line with the annual audit plan, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency throughout the audit cycle
• Conduct detailed audit testing across plants and functional departments to evaluate control design and operating effectiveness
• Assess compliance with Group policies, local policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Prepare draft audit observations, recommend corrective actions, and support agreement on management responses
• Participate in pre-closing meetings and support communication of audit results to management
• Support the preparation of presentations on key learnings and improvement opportunities based on completed audits
• Contribute to improving the quality and efficiency of audit reports, timelines, and follow-up processes
• Provide support to the Team Lead during audit assignments and actively contribute to team discussions

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in internal audit or a related function
• Strong understanding of compliance assessment against policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Ability to independently execute audit test steps and document findings clearly and accurately
• Strong report-writing skills with the ability to translate audit observations into actionable recommendations
• Good planning, time management, and process improvement capabilities
• Comfortable working with data, performing analysis, and deriving insights
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement during audits
• Professional development mindset, with progress toward or interest in relevant certifications (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, etc.)
• Experience using SAP or willingness to learn, with a commitment to continuous improvement
