Job Description

An Implementation Consultant (CPQ) is required to support manufacturing businesses in designing, configuring, and deploying CPQ solutions. The role involves working with cross-functional project teams to deliver customer implementations, provide technical guidance, and ensure solutions align with business processes, pricing models, and sales workflows. The position is fully remote within Germany and suited to candidates with a strong interest in manufacturing processes, system implementation, and process improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide customer support and professional services during CPQ implementation projects
• Review, analyse, and evaluate customer business requirements, product rules, and solution objectives
• Lead implementation activities and customer workshops for new and existing clients
• Collaborate with project managers and business analysts on delivery milestones and internal initiatives
• Design and deliver CPQ solutions aligned with customer products, pricing models, and sales processes
• Troubleshoot implementation issues and document solutions
• Log issues and case data in customer-facing and internal tracking systems
• Deliver mentoring sessions and respond to ad-hoc customer requests

Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Fluent in English
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Technical aptitude and ability to learn new software quickly
• Willingness to travel occasionally to client locations
• Logical, analytical mindset with interest in process improvement
• Experience in manufacturing or engineering is an advantage
• Familiarity with CPQ tools or product configurators is an advantage
• Experience with JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and SQL is an advantage
• Knowledge of web technologies and internet-based applications is an advantage

Working Hours
Standard working hours for EMEA-based employees are 08:00 to 17:00 Central European Time (CET).
