Job Description

Domeo Resources International (DRI) is seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead strategic marketing initiatives, strengthen brand positioning, and drive customer engagement across multiple channels. This senior leadership role is responsible for shaping the organisation’s marketing direction, delivering measurable growth outcomes, and building a high-performing marketing team.

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the organisation’s vision and business objectives.
  • Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all communication platforms.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (online and offline) to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Manage advertising, content creation, promotions, sponsorships, and media engagements.
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and web analytics.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and growth opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activities and recommend proactive, data-driven marketing responses.
  • Supervise, coach, and motivate marketing team members to achieve departmental and organisational goals.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment in strategy and execution.
  • Prepare and present marketing performance reports, tracking KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, and brand engagement metrics.
  • Analyse campaign performance to refine strategies and improve future outcomes.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • HND or B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in Marketing (e.g., CIM, NIMN, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven track record in strategic marketing, brand management, and digital campaign execution.
  • Experience in hospitality, FMCG, or service-oriented industries is desired.
  • Strong strategic, creative, and analytical thinking skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills with the ability to mentor and develop teams.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills, including media relations and brand storytelling.
  • Proficiency in social media marketing, SEO, SEM, and marketing analytics tools.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
