ThePush Consulting is hiring a results-driven Sales Executive to manage and close high-value residential and commercial property deals in the luxury real estate market. This role suits a professional with strong relationship-building skills, a consultative sales approach, and a proven track record in converting qualified leads into successful transactions while delivering premium client experiences.

Responsibilities
• Promote and sell luxury residential and commercial properties to qualified prospects
• Engage high-net-worth individuals using a consultative, relationship-driven sales approach
• Conduct professional property inspections, site visits, and client presentations
• Source and convert high-quality leads through referrals, networking, and marketing channels
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly targets
• Collaborate with marketing teams to convert inbound leads into closed deals
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and partners
• Provide tailored property recommendations aligned with client lifestyle and investment goals
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and deal progress
• Negotiate pricing, payment structures, and commercial terms professionally
• Guide clients through the end-to-end sales process until deal closure
• Work with legal and operations teams to ensure smooth documentation and handover
• Stay informed on luxury real estate trends, pricing, and competitor offerings
• Represent the company at property exhibitions, open houses, and networking events
• Provide market insights to support sales strategy and decision-making

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• 3–6 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in real estate or high-value products
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience managing high-net-worth clients and long sales cycles
• Professional appearance and client-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deals simultaneously
