Job Description
Primovet Engineering Limited is hiring an experienced Architect to support the planning, design, and delivery of high-quality residential and commercial projects. This role is suited for a detail-oriented professional with strong design sensibility, technical competence, and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver functional and visually compelling architectural solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural design concepts, drawings, specifications, and presentation materials
- Collaborate with clients, artisans, engineers, and project teams to deliver project objectives
- Translate client requirements into functional and aesthetically sound design solutions
- Prepare and review working drawings for approvals and construction
- Support site supervision activities and ensure quality control during project execution
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- BSc or MSc degree in Architecture from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience working as an Architect
- Proficiency in design and documentation software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and related tools
- Strong design thinking, visualization, and project coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively within a team
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
