Job Description

LVMH Group (Moët Hennessy) is seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of brand strategies across its portfolio in Nigeria. This senior-level role involves close collaboration with internal teams, Maisons, distributors, and external partners to drive brand growth, visibility, and market performance in line with global standards and local market needs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand plans in line with company and Maison guidelines.
  • Manage brand budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and control of ATL and BTL spend.
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate 360° brand engagement campaigns in collaboration with communication, trade marketing, and sales teams.
  • Drive brand activation calendars and deliver bi-monthly performance updates to commercial and marketing stakeholders.
  • Lead event, PR, and brand image-building initiatives from briefing through execution, working with agencies and third-party vendors.
  • Develop detailed go-to-market plans for new product launches, including on-trade and off-trade activations.
  • Provide consumer and competitor insights to support distributor sales strategies.
  • Monitor market performance through regular sales analysis by brand, channel, and region.
  • Coordinate with Maisons on activation plans, best practices, and brand visits.
  • Oversee POSM stock levels to ensure optimal allocation and availability.
  • Contribute ideas, encourage innovative thinking, and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage.
  • 5–8 years of proven experience in a Brand Manager role.
  • Strong understanding of brand management, marketing principles, and trade marketing.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and multidimensional tools such as ESSBASE or EOS.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Creative, digitally savvy, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
  • Experience working in collaborative, team-oriented environments.
  • Fluency in English; French language skills are an advantage.
