Job Description

A reputable company in Lagos is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Experience Officer to oversee daily operations at its experience center. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver a smooth, professional in-store experience while supporting sales and inventory management functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, track, and manage inventory while maintaining accurate and up-to-date stock records.
  • Conduct routine stock counts and promptly report shortages or discrepancies.
  • Prepare and submit daily stock and issuance reports.
  • Coordinate basic product checks, repairs, and spare parts management.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment at all times.
  • Welcome walk-in customers, identify their needs, and provide appropriate assistance.
  • Support lead generation activities and contribute to converting prospects into sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in retail, customer service, or store operations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Good problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Flexible, reliable, and able to work effectively within a team environment.
