Job Description
Yassir Nigeria is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for its Super App and Last Mile Delivery (LMD) solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, deep customer empathy, and the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable product solutions across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Super App and Last Mile Delivery products
- Engage with customers to understand needs and design intuitive user journeys
- Develop clear user stories and product requirements that guide design and engineering teams
- Oversee roadmap execution while balancing priorities across countries and product lines
- Collaborate with engineering, data, and operations teams to align product initiatives with business strategy
- Manage and align multiple stakeholders across markets and business units
- Support and mentor product managers while contributing to a strong product culture
Requirements
- BSc or MSc in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Design, or a related field
- 3–5 years’ experience as a Product Manager or in a similar senior-level role
- Strong strategic thinking and leadership capabilities
- Experience with product planning using OKRs and execution within Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in industry-standard product discovery tools and frameworks
- Excellent project management skills, including experience managing remote teams
- Experience in mobility, on-demand, delivery, or other high-growth technology environments is an advantage
