Supply Chain Operations Planner (Personal Care)

A leading FMCG company in the personal care sector is seeking a highly analytical and result-driven Supply Chain Operations Planner to manage demand planning, material planning, and supply balancing processes. The role focuses on ensuring On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery, optimizing inventory levels, and strengthening Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) execution within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will align commercial demand with production and procurement capabilities while driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead demand forecasting using statistical models and baseline planning techniques
• Integrate product innovations and promotional activities into demand plans
• Develop and manage Master Production Schedules (MPS)
• Ensure availability of Raw and Packaging Materials (RMPM) to support production
• Optimize finished goods inventory while reducing slow-moving and obsolete stock (SLOBs)
• Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Procurement, Commercial, and Logistics teams
• Coordinate and facilitate Demand & Supply Review and S&OP meetings
• Drive cost efficiency, working capital optimization, and service level improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in FMCG Supply Chain Operations
• Strong background in Planning, Procurement, Logistics, or Factory Operations
• Professional Supply Chain certification (APICS or equivalent) is an added advantage
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
