This role is ideal for a data professional who can design scalable systems, build reliable pipelines, and ensure high data quality to support analytics, reporting, and strategic decision-making.

Job Responsibilities
• Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines across multiple platforms
• Develop and optimize data architectures to support increasing data volume and complexity
• Implement data governance, documentation standards, and best practices for long-term scalability
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility across departments
• Optimize data workflows and improve overall system performance
• Collaborate with product, operations, analytics, and leadership teams to translate business needs into data solutions
• Support reporting and analytics teams with accurate, trusted datasets

Job Requirements
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar data-focused role
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data transformation and pipeline development
• Proven experience building, maintaining, and optimizing data pipelines and data models
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable datasets
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with cloud data platforms or data warehouses is an added advantage
• Familiarity with data orchestration tools, data quality frameworks, or analytics engineering is a plus
• Experience in a growing or impact-driven organization is beneficial
