Contec Global Group is hiring an experienced Key Account Manager to drive revenue growth, close high-value deals, and strengthen strategic client relationships. This role is focused on converting qualified opportunities into measurable sales results, improving deal closure rates, and managing high-value accounts to ensure long-term business growth.

Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦400,000 monthly
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and final deal closure
- Convert qualified leads into successful revenue-generating contracts
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Track pipeline performance, closing ratios, and revenue forecasts
- Manage and grow relationships with high-value clients to ensure repeat business
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and client presentations
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms in alignment with company standards
- Collaborate with Design, Projects, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Provide market insights on trends, competitors, and client expectations

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
- Minimum of 4–6 years proven experience in sales, key account management, or client-facing roles
- Experience within Interior Design, Architecture, Real Estate, or Luxury Products is an advantage
- Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals successfully
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills
- Excellent relationship management and stakeholder coordination ability
- High emotional intelligence and professional communication skills
- Strong pipeline management and reporting skills
- Business insight and strong attention to detail
