Job Description

Contec Global Group is hiring an experienced Key Account Manager to drive revenue growth, close high-value deals, and strengthen strategic client relationships. This role is focused on converting qualified opportunities into measurable sales results, improving deal closure rates, and managing high-value accounts to ensure long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and final deal closure
  • Convert qualified leads into successful revenue-generating contracts
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Track pipeline performance, closing ratios, and revenue forecasts
  • Manage and grow relationships with high-value clients to ensure repeat business
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and client presentations
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms in alignment with company standards
  • Collaborate with Design, Projects, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Provide market insights on trends, competitors, and client expectations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4–6 years proven experience in sales, key account management, or client-facing roles
  • Experience within Interior Design, Architecture, Real Estate, or Luxury Products is an advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals successfully
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills
  • Excellent relationship management and stakeholder coordination ability
  • High emotional intelligence and professional communication skills
  • Strong pipeline management and reporting skills
  • Business insight and strong attention to detail
