Job Description

Levitikal Group is seeking an experienced and strategic Head, Brand & Marketing to lead brand positioning, marketing execution, and growth initiatives. This role requires a results-driven professional who can align brand strategy with business objectives, drive revenue-focused campaigns, and lead a high-performing marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a long-term brand strategy aligned with corporate vision and business goals
  • Define and manage brand identity, positioning, messaging, and value proposition across all platforms
  • Ensure consistency in brand communication across projects, campaigns, and digital channels
  • Monitor brand perception and manage overall brand equity
  • Develop annual marketing plans, budgets, and performance targets
  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts including website management, SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
  • Manage lead generation strategies and performance marketing campaigns
  • Optimize marketing funnels to improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness
  • Track and analyze ROI, KPIs, and overall campaign performance metrics
  • Lead advertising creative development and campaign concept execution
  • Coordinate with external agencies, designers, media partners, and vendors
  • Align marketing strategies with sales objectives and revenue targets
  • Provide sales teams with marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and branded assets
  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate marketing team members while defining clear KPIs
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for senior management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in brand management and marketing leadership
  • Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns and digital marketing channels
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and ROI
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and external partners
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills
