EHA Clinics is seeking a Practice & Quality Assurance Coordinator (REACH) to support the delivery of high-quality, accessible healthcare services within communities. This role focuses on coordinating clinic operations, supervising support staff, ensuring compliance with medical standards, and driving quality improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining efficient day-to-day operations while supporting clinical teams and contributing to organizational goals.

Salary: NGN 450,000 monthly (gross)

Reports to: Practice and Quality Assurance Manager
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement medical policies and procedures while ensuring compliance across clinical teams
- Monitor healthcare trends and patient needs to improve and expand medical services
- Review and track medical KPIs and OKRs to maintain quality assurance standards
- Supervise, schedule, and evaluate clinical and support staff to ensure productivity and effective service delivery
- Coordinate daily clinic operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
- Conduct performance evaluations and support onboarding of new staff
- Provide clinical support through consultations and collaboration with healthcare professionals
- Organize staff meetings, present reports, and resolve operational or team-related issues
- Ensure quality and accuracy of patient care documentation
- Support research activities and contribute clinical insights where required
Requirements
- Degree in Medicine (MBBS, MbChB, MD, or DO) from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 2 years post-NYSC clinical experience
- Valid practicing license and registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN)
- Certification in BLS and ACLS
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
- High level of professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail
- Computer literacy and strong problem-solving abilities
