Moniepoint Incorporated is seeking a skilled Business Relationship Manager to drive merchant acquisition, develop effective sales strategies, and identify business growth opportunities. This role focuses on building strong client relationships while promoting the company’s financial products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in business development and acquire new clients through the sale of financial products and services.
- Maintain and strengthen existing business relationships to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities via cold calling, networking, and digital channels.
- Conduct market research to evaluate customer needs and identify potential business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on company products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and optimize results.
- Participate in marketing events, trade fairs, and community engagement activities.
Requirements:
- Tertiary education from a recognized institution.
- 4–5 years of sales experience, preferably in banking, fintech, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of the local financial services sector.
- Proven experience in marketing and sales, with a focus on merchant onboarding and management.
- Experience selling lending services and merchant POS devices to corporate clients is an advantage.
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
