A leading organization in Lagos is seeking an experienced Risk Analyst to identify, assess, and manage financial, operational, and strategic risks. The role involves conducting in-depth analyses, preparing actionable reports, and supporting risk-aware decision-making across teams. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical background and proven experience in risk management, compliance, or finance.
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Salary: ₦500,000 – ₦700,000
Department: CEO Office
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize financial, operational, and strategic risks.
- Conduct scenario analyses and assess the potential impact of risks on business operations.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare clear and insightful risk reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior leadership.
- Support crisis management planning and promote risk awareness across departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Data Science.
- 5–7 years of post-NYSC experience in Risk, Compliance, or Finance (experience in Asset Management or Banking preferred).
- Strong technical skills in Excel and SQL (skills will be tested); experience with Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
