Food Concepts Plc is seeking a detail-oriented Process Control Associate to support and optimize production processes. This role focuses on improving operational efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance across production activities.

Salary: N200,000 – N300,000 / month

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing production processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Implement process improvement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce waste
• Support process control systems and collaborate with production teams for smooth operations
• Monitor production activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Maintain accurate documentation of processes, changes, and performance reports
• Assist in troubleshooting process-related issues and recommending corrective actions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of process control systems and production operations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple tasks
