Job Description
A skilled Project Manager is needed to lead the delivery of client projects across managed services and cloud solutions. This role focuses on coordinating complex engagements, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within scope, and acting as the primary communication link between clients and internal teams. Experience in IT consulting, managed services, or similar environments is highly valuable.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to completion across multiple engagements
- Oversee scope, timelines, budgets, and risk management for assigned projects
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and ensuring satisfaction
- Coordinate internal teams including engineers and compliance specialists
- Maintain accurate project documentation such as plans, reports, and milestone tracking
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify improvements and optimize future delivery
- Ensure project tracking tools and systems are consistently updated
Requirements
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience handling complex projects
- Background in IT consulting, Managed Service Providers (MSP), or Value-Added Resellers (VAR)
- Experience managing onboarding or implementation projects with defined deliverables
- Proven ability to lead post-project evaluations and continuous improvement efforts
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle scope changes effectively
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills in a remote work environment
Tools
- Familiarity with project management or PSA tools such as AutoTask, Moovila, ConnectWise, ServiceNow, or MS Project
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or CAPM certification is an advantage
- Knowledge of managed IT services or compliance frameworks
- Familiarity with CMMC, NIST 800-171, Microsoft GCC High, or Azure Government environments
- Experience working with defense contractors or regulated industries
- Understanding of EOS or similar operational systems
