Just Brand It Limited is seeking a strategic and people-focused HR / Admin Manager to lead human resources and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will drive talent management, operational efficiency, and compliance while fostering a positive and high-performance work culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offer letters, contracts, and background checks
- Implement performance management systems, coordinate employee appraisals, and support training and development initiatives
- Develop and enforce HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws, manage employee relations, and maintain accurate HR records
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration (HMO, pension, leave), and compensation structure to maintain fairness and competitiveness
- Supervise daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth coordination of office activities and support functions
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR & Administration, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- HR certification (CIPM or equivalent) is advantageous
- Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, HR operations, and payroll/benefits administration
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and organizational policies
- Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- High level of integrity, discretion, and proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools
