Job Description
An established engineering firm is seeking a skilled Finance Manager with expertise in project finance and controls. The ideal candidate will oversee financial operations, support project planning and execution, and ensure robust financial management for engineering and system integration projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the company.
- Develop and monitor project budgets, cost estimates, and financial models.
- Implement project cost control measures to ensure adherence to budget.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Provide financial analysis to support business decisions, investments, and expansion opportunities.
- Identify areas for cost optimization and operational efficiency.
- Lead and mentor the finance team on project finance and financial control practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- MBA or Master’s Degree in Finance or Business Administration is an advantage.
- 3–6 years of experience in finance or accounting, with 3–5 years in project finance or project cost management.
- Experience in engineering, construction, or technology-related projects is highly preferred.
- Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and financial modeling skills.
- Knowledge of project financial controls and contract finance.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial systems integration.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.
Monthly Net Remuneration:
- N250,000 – N500,000 / Month
