Job Description

Astira Learning is seeking a skilled SEO & AIO Specialist to drive organic growth across traditional search engines and AI-powered answer surfaces. This role is ideal for professionals who combine deep SEO knowledge with experience optimizing content for AI-driven platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.

Reports to: Senior Marketing Manager • Full-time • Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, rankings, and visibility.
  • Optimize content for AI-powered answer engines, applying AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) principles.
  • Perform technical SEO audits, manage site architecture, and implement structured data to enhance crawlability and AI answer eligibility.
  • Collaborate with content teams to create detailed briefs, aligning content with search intent and AI answer patterns.
  • Monitor and report on SEO and AI visibility metrics using tools like GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and AI tracking platforms.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience with measurable results.
  • Proven knowledge of AI Optimization (AIO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), or Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
  • Proficiency in GA4, Google Search Console, and one major SEO tool (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz).
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Surfer SEO, or Jasper in SEO workflows.
  • Solid understanding of technical SEO, HTML, and structured data.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent written communication.
  • Familiarity with e-learning or SaaS industries is a plus.
