Job Description

A leading financial services company focused on advancing financial inclusion across Nigeria and Africa is seeking a Senior Account Associate. The role is designed for a results-driven professional with strong experience in sales, investment management, and business development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, structuring investment opportunities, and building long-term client relationships within a dynamic, in-person work environment in Ikeja.

Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 monthly + performance-based incentives

Responsibilities
As a Senior Account Associate, the selected candidate will:

  • Develop and implement sales and investment strategies to drive portfolio growth, customer acquisition, and retention
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to design tailored investment solutions aligned with market needs and business objectives
  • Lead go-to-market activities including campaigns, product activations, and revenue-generating initiatives
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships that enhance market reach and business performance
  • Use market data, research insights, and analytics to refine sales approaches and improve investment outcomes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and institutional partners

Requirements
Interested candidates are expected to meet the following criteria:

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, investment management, business development, or fintech/financial services roles
  • Strong ability to develop and execute strategic growth plans with measurable results
  • Proven experience in managing client relationships and converting leads into long-term business opportunities
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and investment data effectively
  • Must be based in Lagos and able to commute to Ikeja regularly
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
