Product Auditor at Moniepoint Incorporated

A Product Auditor is needed to support the integrity, security, and scalability of financial products within a fast-growing fintech environment. This role focuses on ensuring that payment systems, wallets, and settlement processes operate with strong controls, minimal risk exposure, and full regulatory compliance. The position plays a key role in preventing revenue leakage and strengthening product reliability through independent audit and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze the lifecycle of payment products including wallets, card processing, and settlement systems to ensure strong financial and security controls
• Conduct pre-launch audits to validate system readiness, environment segregation, and reconciliation accuracy before product go-live
• Monitor end-to-end settlement processes, ensuring accurate fund flow across internal systems, partner banks, and payment networks
• Assess access controls, IAM policies, and cloud infrastructure risks to maintain secure production environments
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as PCI DSS and align products with internal security frameworks
• Lead root cause analysis for incidents, providing actionable insights to prevent recurrence
• Prepare detailed reports and maintain product risk registers for executive management and audit committees

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field from a reputable institution
• 3–5+ years of experience in data analysis within financial services or a consulting environment
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx
• Practical experience in revenue assurance and a solid understanding of internal audit processes
• Familiarity with generative AI tools for automation and enhanced data analysis
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and present insights to senior stakeholders
