Job Description

The Senior Relationship Manager role is focused on driving sales growth, customer acquisition, and business expansion across assigned regions. The position involves developing and executing commercial strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and managing key client relationships to achieve revenue targets. Strong leadership in sales and marketing execution, along with the ability to grow long-term customer partnerships, is essential.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and expand the customer base
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities
  • Achieve sales targets by effectively planning, budgeting, and executing commercial activities
  • Coordinate with the Head of Sales & Marketing to ensure consistent lead generation and pipeline growth
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management decision-making
  • Ensure proper use of CRM systems and sales tools for tracking and reporting activities
  • Represent the company at industry events and promote a strong brand image
  • Collaborate with technical and internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in ICT, Telecom, or related industry
  • Master’s degree will be an added advantage
  • Membership in a professional management association is an advantage
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Good understanding of CRM tools and sales processes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
