Senior Specialist, Marketing and Sales at Nile University of Nigeria

A reputable tertiary institution, Nile University of Nigeria, is seeking a highly competent and result-driven Senior Specialist, Marketing and Sales to drive postgraduate enrolment growth. This role focuses on developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives, building partnerships, and enhancing the institution’s visibility across Lagos.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to promote postgraduate programs, including digital education, business school offerings, and short courses
• Translate business targets into actionable marketing and sales plans with measurable performance metrics
• Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market trends to refine marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, PR, events, and grassroots channels to maximize reach and engagement
• Identify and build relationships with corporate organizations for partnerships, executive education, and group enrolments
• Manage lead generation processes, ensuring effective follow-up and nurturing until conversion
• Collaborate with admissions and call centre teams to improve the applicant journey and conversion rates
• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
• Plan and execute events such as info sessions, masterclasses, and networking engagements
• Work closely with academic teams to highlight program value, faculty expertise, and research strengths

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant certifications or postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage
• 4–7 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development
• Proven success in a similar role within a tertiary institution or comparable environment
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
