Job Description

A Senior Product Manager is needed to drive the strategy and execution of identity-based products within a global data and technology environment. This role focuses on building and optimizing identity graphs that power marketing, analytics, and customer insights across digital and offline ecosystems. The position involves close collaboration with data science, engineering, and commercial teams to deliver scalable, privacy-compliant solutions.

Salary: $115,747 – $208,344

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and evolution of identity products, ensuring accurate data linkage across online and offline channels
  • Translate business and customer needs into clear product and technical requirements for engineering teams
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, including roadmap planning, pricing, go-to-market strategy, and continuous optimization
  • Monitor and improve key performance metrics such as match rates, accuracy, coverage, and latency
  • Analyze market trends in AdTech and MarTech, identifying opportunities for innovation and product growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, data, and privacy to align product capabilities
  • Support R&D initiatives by working with data science teams to test and launch MVPs
  • Ensure compliance with privacy regulations, data governance standards, and contractual obligations

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in consumer marketing with strong knowledge of identity resolution across digital and offline environments
  • At least 3 years of product management experience managing roadmaps and delivering product enhancements
  • Proven expertise in AdTech or MarTech, including hands-on work with identity resolution use cases such as enrichment, measurement, or data append
  • Strong understanding of identity frameworks including PII, cookies, mobile ad IDs (MAIDs), IP addresses, and hashed identifiers
  • Experience working with first-party data, CRM systems, customer data platforms, and data quality principles
  • Familiarity with clean room environments and identity crosswalk solutions
  • Knowledge of privacy frameworks and data governance practices in data-driven products
  • Demonstrated ability to drive product strategy and achieve market success
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
