Job Description
Ankorpointe Integrated Limited is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth within the oil & gas and engineering sectors. This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and delivering revenue growth through strategic sales and market expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the oil & gas and engineering sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities
- Develop and present proposals, bids, and tenders
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Achieve set revenue targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and provide regular performance reports
- Negotiate contracts in line with company policies and profitability goals
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, technical, finance) to meet client needs
- Represent the company at industry events and networking engagements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in oil & gas or engineering
- At least 2–3 years in a senior or supervisory business development role
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, tendering processes, and contract negotiation
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- High level of integrity, resilience, and results orientation
