Job Responsibilities

• Lead the development, testing, and deployment of scalable machine learning models for vehicle sales optimization and demand forecasting
• Identify business opportunities and transform complex requirements into practical data science solutions
• Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and product teams to integrate machine learning services into existing infrastructure
• Monitor model performance in production environments and recommend improvements based on analytical insights
• Present findings and technical insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Mentor junior data scientists and promote best practices across projects

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience in machine learning and data science
• Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques, neural networks, and statistical modeling
• Experience with hypothesis testing, experimentation, and A/B testing
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras
• Experience managing end-to-end data science projects from development to production deployment
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and software development best practices
• Strong communication, analytical, and data visualization skills
• Fluent English communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
