A reputable Oil & Gas service company is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Operations Officer (COO) to lead and optimize its operational activities. The role requires a results-driven professional with strong leadership experience in Oil & Gas operations, project execution, logistics, compliance, and business growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving operational excellence, profitability, and long-term organizational growth.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with business objectives and growth plans.
- Oversee the execution of Oil & Gas support services, projects, and contracts to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Drive operational efficiency, process improvement, and cost optimization initiatives across the organization.
- Supervise logistics, procurement, fleet management, and supply chain operations.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards, industry regulations, and internal operational policies.
- Establish and maintain operational procedures, SOPs, and quality management systems that support ISO certification standards.
- Collaborate with executive management and external stakeholders on tender submissions, partnerships, capital projects, and business expansion initiatives.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management to operational teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- MBA or relevant professional certification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 10–15 years of experience in Oil & Gas operations, including at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Strong understanding of Oil & Gas service operations, logistics, and project management.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, CMMS, project management software, and operational data analysis tools.
- Strong knowledge of HSE standards and regulatory compliance within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Flexibility to travel frequently when required.
