Fadac Resources and Services Limited is hiring a Property Accountant to manage financial reporting, accounting operations, and tax compliance activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing management reports, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting financial decision-making processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain accurate accounting entries for operational transactions.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, board reports, and statutory filings.
- Review and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Supervise payment processing and approve financial transactions in line with company policies.
- Compute and manage statutory taxes including PAYE, VAT, WHT, CIT, and related obligations.
- Ensure timely filing and remittance of taxes to relevant authorities.
- Handle tax audits, reconciliations, and correspondence with regulatory agencies.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits, tax records, and financial reporting purposes.
- Train and supervise junior accounting staff to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- ICAN certification is mandatory.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation within a structured organization.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting standards, and Nigerian tax regulations.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, management accounting, and tax compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software.
- Strong analytical, reporting, leadership, and communication skills.
