A reputable organization in Victoria Island, Lagos is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead key human resource initiatives and support overall business growth. The ideal candidate will oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and organizational development while promoting a productive and high-performance workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and long-term growth plans.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning processes.
- Design and oversee performance management systems, appraisal cycles, and continuous feedback initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture improvement programs.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for employees.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and regulatory standards.
- Handle employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes professionally.
- Review and improve HR systems, policies, and operational structures to support organizational efficiency.
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to support decision-making and measure HR effectiveness.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration in line with market trends and company objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
- 5 – 8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial position.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and performance management systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Professional certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI will be an added advantage.
