Tracy N Jasmine Limited is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations and drive organizational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational leadership across departments to ensure business objectives and performance targets are achieved.
  • Develop, implement, and improve operational policies, procedures, and standard operating processes (SOPs).
  • Oversee production planning, inventory management, quality assurance, logistics, and supply chain operations.
  • Monitor operational performance through KPIs and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate employees to maintain a high-performing workforce.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, including NAFDAC, SON, and workplace health and safety standards.
  • Manage operational budgets, procurement activities, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Coordinate production schedules to meet customer demands and delivery timelines.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, vendors, clients, and government agencies.
  • Identify operational challenges, implement solutions, and escalate business risks when necessary.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
  • 3–5 years of progressive experience in operations management, production management, or a related leadership role.
  • Previous experience in the FMCG, food manufacturing, or consumer goods industry.
  • Proven ability to manage teams of at least 10 employees.
  • Strong understanding of NAFDAC regulations, food safety standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using ERP systems or inventory management software is an advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong financial management and budgeting capabilities.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
