Job Description

WAYA Multilink Limited is seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to oversee business operations, payment processes, enterprise architecture, compliance, and organizational growth initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, business transformation, technology strategy, and customer service excellence while supporting the company’s banking and fintech operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and enforce business policies, processes, and operational procedures across departments.
  • Lead business transformation initiatives, including technology strategy, cloud adoption, IT security, and data center transformation.
  • Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks and ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Advise senior management on business integration, information strategy, and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Establish departmental goals, monitor performance, and implement assessment and tracking procedures.
  • Manage customer service operations and oversee overall business operations to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
  • Support growth strategies related to agency banking, payment services, and enterprise solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare and manage operational budgets.
  • Oversee financial processes, reporting, cash handling, and banking operations.
  • Drive cost-control measures and implement strategies to reduce losses and improve profitability.
  • Manage marketing initiatives and support business growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with technology vendors and strategic partners.

Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in banking, finance, or fintech operations.
  • Strong knowledge of business operations, payment systems, compliance, and enterprise architecture.
  • Proven experience managing complex budgets and financial processes.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze trends, forecast business needs, and develop long-term operational strategies.
