Job Description

A reputable real estate company is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Officer to drive property sales and rental transactions. The role involves generating leads, marketing properties, engaging prospective buyers and tenants, managing property listings, and supporting business growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Location: Ologolo, Lekki, Lagos
Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦300,000 Monthly

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote residential and commercial properties.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, social media marketing, and direct outreach.
  • Manage and update property listings across digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Conduct property inspections, presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
  • Negotiate sales and rental agreements between property owners and prospective buyers or tenants.
  • Guide clients through the property acquisition or leasing process from inquiry to closing.
  • Source suitable properties that align with client requirements and investment goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, investors, and business partners.
  • Monitor real estate market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, client engagement, and market insights.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in real estate sales, marketing, or property management.
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate market and property sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and successfully close sales transactions.
  • Strong networking, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Professional appearance and presentation skills.
  • A valid driver’s license and practical driving experience will be an added advantage.
