Job Description

SeaLearn Academy – Tetra Maritime is seeking a results-driven Analyst (Marketing, Recruitment & Admission) to support student recruitment, admissions, marketing, and enrolment activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in attracting prospective students, converting enquiries into applications, guiding candidates through the admissions process, and driving enrolment growth. This position is ideal for professionals with experience in student recruitment, admissions, customer relationship management, sales, or marketing.

Job Responsibilities
  • Recruit students for SeaLearn programmes, professional courses, and maritime training programmes.
  • Guide prospective students from initial enquiry through application, admission, and enrolment stages.
  • Follow up with applicants to improve conversion rates for applications, admissions, fee payments, and enrolments.
  • Process admissions applications accurately and maintain student records in line with established procedures.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Create and distribute promotional content through social media, email marketing, websites, and other communication platforms.
  • Participate in education fairs, recruitment events, exhibitions, webinars, and outreach activities.
  • Manage and update CRM systems, track recruitment performance, and prepare reports.
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools, educational partners, maritime organisations, sponsors, and employers.
  • Monitor recruitment trends and recommend strategies to improve admissions and enrolment outcomes.

Job Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Relevant training or qualifications in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience in student recruitment, admissions, sales, customer relationship management, or business development.
  • Proven ability to convert enquiries into applications, enrolments, and fee-paying students.
  • Experience delivering recruitment campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office applications, and digital communication tools.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organisational, administrative, and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within maritime education, maritime training, shipping, seafarer development, or a related industry.
  • Experience recruiting maritime students, cadets, or professional learners.
  • Knowledge of maritime qualifications, STCW training requirements, or higher education admissions processes.
  • Experience supporting international student recruitment activities.
