A leading telecommunications organization is seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Fixed Broadband Business (FTTH & WTTH) to oversee broadband operations, drive customer acquisition, increase revenue, and strengthen market presence. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, commercial acumen, and a proven track record in broadband sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive broadband growth and achieve commercial objectives.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the broadband sales team to meet and exceed performance targets.
• Drive customer acquisition initiatives while improving customer retention and satisfaction levels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure revenue targets and operational goals are consistently achieved.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
• Prepare and present business performance reports and strategic recommendations to management.
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Telecommunications, Internet Service Provider (ISP), or broadband services.
• Proven experience in B2C sales, business development, and commercial strategy execution.
• Demonstrated success in achieving customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.
• Strong experience leading and managing high-performing sales teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Technical certifications or telecommunications-related qualifications will be an added advantage.
