Job Description

Knight Frank is seeking an experienced Senior Estate Surveyor & Valuer to lead and oversee real estate operations in its Port Harcourt branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, supervising property portfolios, and ensuring the successful execution of estate brokerage, valuation, and property management services.

Job Responsibilities

• Generate and execute new estate brokerage, property management, and valuation business opportunities for the branch.
• Manage the overall operations of the Port Harcourt branch to achieve profitability and business growth.
• Oversee estate brokerage, agency, property/facility management, and valuation portfolios within the branch.
• Build, maintain, and expand relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Lead branch activities and ensure the delivery of high-quality real estate services.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Identify market opportunities and contribute to strategic business development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and professional standards.

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management with a minimum of Second Class grade.
• 12–15 years of experience in real estate brokerage, valuation, and property/facility management.
• Associate Membership of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV).
• Membership of the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON).
• Associate Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of the Port Harcourt real estate market.
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
