Job Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls and outreach activities to generate new business opportunities.
• Respond to inbound inquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email channels.
• Qualify prospective clients and provide suitable travel recommendations.
• Prepare and send travel quotations based on customer requirements.
• Follow up with leads consistently to encourage booking decisions.
• Convert qualified prospects into confirmed travel bookings.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly booking and sales targets.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in cold calling, sales, or travel-related sales roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
• Confidence in communicating professionally in English.
• Ability to engage and build relationships with international clients across different time zones.
• Reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet remote working environment.
• Availability to work during US and Canada business hours.
• Experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) is an added advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.

• Monthly retainer fee plus commission on every successful booking.
